Istituto Marangoni, founded in Milan in 1935, is a world-renowned institute for fashion and design education, with campuses in Milan, Paris, London, and now Dubai. The DIFC campus, launched in September 2022, brings the brand’s “learning by doing” philosophy to the UAE—offering programs in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Fashion Styling & Creative Direction, Interior Design, Product Design, and Visual Design. With an international faculty (over 70% from Italy) and strong Italian cultural influence, students receive a blend of creative theory, technical skill, and brand awareness.

Nestled in Gate Village 8 at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the campus spans around 1,050 m² in one of the city’s sleekest, art-infused districts. The campus itself was designed with stylish Italian flair, including furniture by Giulio Cappellini, creating an elegant, professional learning atmosphere.
Academic Strengths
Istituto Marangoni Dubai is the first foreign fashion and design school in the UAE to earn full licensure from the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), granting 5-year accreditation to its BA programs in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Design, and Product Design. Additional BA programs—including Fashion Styling, Fashion Business, and Master’s degrees—are in development. The school emphasizes practical studio work, industry-relevant projects, and cross-campus mobility, allowing students to study at sister campuses worldwide.
Facilities
The campus is purpose-built with facilities tailored to fashion and design education. Students work in drawing studios, pattern-cutting rooms equipped with sewing machines and irons, and material labs stocked with fabrics, tiles, woods, and more. Specialized computer labs (Macs with design software), photo studios, and a fabric library support both creative exploration and technical precision. The campus also offers a library and reading room, plus an outdoor terrace for social and project-based gatherings.
